Hey everyone ! Just wanted to add a quick check in- Things are doing good, despite the pandemic. Im looking forward to getting my life back you know...I think we all are. I mean the UK is in those stupid tiers so im trying to distract myself from that. One thing I have realised is, I have learned to look after my mental health more. I will not be allowing anybody to upset me, and control me and make me feel like I have done something wrong...and turn their insecurities over to me.. Sometimes, laying down boundries can make people angry and they can get aggressive and bitter when they can no longer control you. I wanted to contact somebody a while ago to check up on them, and I soon turned around and prevented myself from doing so...that person has not changed and is still bitter and angry towards the world.
